Geology and Exploration is an open access journal. All published articles will be immediately and permanently accessible free of charge on the official website (http://www.dzykt.com).
Peer Review
Geology and Exploration insists on peer review of all manuscripts, and operates a single anonymized review process under responsibility of Editorial Board of Geology and Exploration. All manuscripts will assign to an editor to decide whether to send the manuscript to external peer review. The external peer review will assess the originality, scientificity, innovation and practicality of the manuscripts. The editor-in-chief is responsible for the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of manuscripts. All articles to be accepted will be checked by editors on the AMLC of CNKI and WANFANG DATA platforms. Manuscripts with repetition rate ≥15% will be regarded as academic plagiarism, which will be strictly rejected by Geology and Exploration.

All content in Geology and Exploration is distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0) License. This license allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format for noncommercial purposes only, and does not permit distribution of the article if it is changed or edited in any way. Author Rights
For open access publishing, Geology and Exploration uses a Copyright Transfer Agreement. After the manuscript is accepted, the authors need to transfer copyright to the editorial office. The copyright transfer includes digital reproduction right, distribution right, compilation right, translation right, information network communication right and agent license. Authors have the right to allow third parties to share their articles (such as stored in the institutional repository) in accordance with the Creative Commons license agreement. The author can also use this article for other academic (non-commercial) purposes.
Article Processing Charge
To support open access, Geology and Exploration has an open access fee (also known as an article publishing charge, APC) which needs to be paid by authors or their research funder or institution. For accepted manuscripts, authors should pay RMB 200 yuan for each page. Additional 1000 yuan is required for publishing of every color page. Authors do not need to pay reviewing fee for each paper.
