| 文章紧紧围绕实现经济社会可持续发展这个中心,在简要分析我国矿产资源的基本情况及特点的基础上,针对我国矿产资源瓶颈约束产生的主要原因,提出了缓解我国矿产资源瓶颈约束的思路对策。总体思路是:"开源"与"节流"并举,并从加强国内矿产资源勘查、实施资源供给的国际化战略、建设资源节约型社会、建立矿产资源储备制度、建设矿业强国、打造有实力的矿业集团等6个方面阐述了主要对策,这对缓解我国矿产资源瓶颈约束具有重要意义。 |
