中文摘要:目前,钻探钻进过程中的钻压、转速、扭矩、环空冲洗液压力等参数主要是在地表钻机、泥浆泵等设备及泥浆循环系统处采集,受孔深、孔身轨迹、钻孔结构、泥浆性能、钻具刺漏、钻头类型、钻进方法、地层等多种因素的影响,地表测得参数与孔底近钻头处真实参数存在较大差异。针对这一行业难题,开展了孔底钻进参数自动测量系统结构设计、传感器优选、数据储存与传输、软件开发等关键技术的研究与试验,成功研制出一套钻探多参数孔底自动监测仪。该仪器能够自动测量近钻头部位的钻压、扭矩、转速、钻具内压力、环空压力、孔斜、温度等7项指标,在山西某煤层气调查井的2895.56m~2902.69m井段进行了生产试验验证,共导出测量数据39214组,仪器安全性及可靠性满足设计要求,通过对测量数据进行分析,可以根据实际钻遇地层情况调节钻压、泵量等钻进工艺参数,以提高钻进效率。 |

Abstract:At present, drilling parameters such as drilling pressure, rotational speed, torque, and pumping pressure were mainly obtained at the surface drilling rig, mud pump, and mud circulation system. These parameters were often affected by various factors such as hole depth, hole trajectory, drill hole structure, mud properties, drill string leakage, drill bit type, drilling method, and formation. As a result, measured parameters were significantly different from the real downhole parameters. This work addressed this industry problem by conducting research and experiments on the structural design of automatic downhole parameter system, sensor selection,data storage and transmission,and software development. A set of automatic multi-parameter downhole monitoring instrument has been successfully developed. This device can automatically measure seven indicators,including drilling pressure,torque,rotational speed, drilling tool internal pressure,annular pressure,hole deviation,and temperature near the drill bit. Trial production verification was conducted at a depth interval of 2895.56 m to 2902.69 m of a coalbed methane exploration well in Shanxi Province, and collected 39, 214 sets of measurement data. The instrument demonstrated satisfactory safety and reliability, which met the design requirements. Comprehensive analysis of the measurement data indicates that, drilling process parameters, including drill weight and pump rate, can be precisely adjusted according to the actual geological conditions, and will ultimately enhance drilling efficiency. |
