| 黔北正安地区安页1井实现了多套层系油气、页岩气的重要发现，为我国南方油气增储上产开辟了新区和新层系，但在安页1井的实施中也发现该区存在诸多钻井难点，给后续页岩气勘探开发带来很大挑战。根据安页1井的钻井工程实践，结合安场向斜地质构造情况，分析了该地区钻井工程的难点，主要为：井场选择受限、上部地层井漏风险高、直井段防斜打直制约机械钻速、多套压力系统共存导致井控安全压力大等。在剖析造成难点的原因的基础上，提出了应对上部地层恶性漏失和易斜、下部防漏堵漏、合理井身结构设计、借鉴四川盆地“井工厂”钻井技术等措施和建议。本次研究可为正安地区页岩气钻井工程技术体系的建立，以及为该地区后续页岩气勘探开发提供借鉴。 |

| The well Anye-1 in the Zheng’an area of northern Guizhou Province has discovered several layers of natural gas and shale gas, which will contribute new areas and exploration layers to the increase of oil and gas resources in southern China. However, this well has encountered many drilling problems, which is facing great challenges in shale gas exploration and development. Based on the drilling operation, this work analyzed the drilling difficulties according to geological structures of the Anchang anticline. The main difficulties include limited well-site selection, high well-loss risk of upper formations, high formation dip angle leading to low rate of penetration high well control risk because of multiple formation pressure. After analyzing the reasons for difficulties, this work proposed measures to deal with the well loss and high dip angle formation. And some technical solutions and suggestions such as loss circulation control, well design optimization, multi-well pad drilling technology learned from the Sichuan Basin shale gas drilling were put forward. This study can provide guidance and reference for drilling technology series and shale gas exploration in the Zheng’an area. |
