采用水平、近水平孔钻探取心是了解隧道地质情况的有效手段。某铁路隧道近水平钻孔设计倾角11°,终孔深度491.1m,是工区内具有一定代表性和特殊性的一个钻孔。钻探施工中钻遇长段硬、脆、碎花岗岩地层,且伴随持续涌水,施工难度很大。通过改进设备、合理选择钻孔结构和取心钻具、使用环保型冲洗液和高效润滑脂等方法,保障了钻进施工正常进行。就测斜和孔内事故处理提出解决方案。总结了水平钻孔施工安全注意事项。针对尚待解决的问题,提出相应建议。实践证明,该孔采用的设备器具与技术方法是有效可行的。 |

It is an effective means to clarify the tunnel geological condition by drilling and coring with horizontal and nearly-horizontal boreholes. The near-horizontal borehole at a railway tunnel was designed with a dip angle of 11° and finished at the depth of 491.1m. It was the borehole with representativeness and particularity in the work area. During drilling, hard and brittle granite formation in long zones and continuous water gushing brought many difficulties. To ensure smooth drilling operation, equipment was improved, borehole structure and coring tools were properly selected, and environment-friendly flushing fluid and high-efficiency grease were used. This put forward solutions for inclination survey and hole accident treatment, summarizes safety precautions for drilling horizontal boreholes and makes some suggestions for unresolved problems. It has been proven by practice that the equipment and tools and techniques adopted in the above-mentioned borehole are effective and feasible. |
