随着近年来的城市地质学科发展,城市地质在促进和推动城市建设成效上暴露了一些问题.主要包括:对城乡规划需求了解不够,提交的地质成果实用性较差;城市地质调查工作理念落后,难以适应构建美好“人居环境”的要求;城市地质工作体系构架不足等。本文从城市规划与城市地质环境的关联角度出发,系统梳理了我国的城市地质工作中的现状,深层次探讨了城市地质与规划衔接层面的问题,通过地质调查对城乡规划的支撑性要素的表达,阐述了城市规划与城市地质的相关性,为城市地质工作提供了全新的思路。在今天“大地质”的背景下,对于城市地质这种跨界“产品”而言,走的是一条“以人本化服务”为核心思想的道路。本着“大地学”观的思想,在城市发展中,按照城市规划体系搭建城市地质工作构架,将城市地质工作划分为总体规划地质阶段、详细规划地质阶段与专项规划地质阶段。以“嵌入”的方式融入城市建设当中,形成地上加地下的协同表达模式。 |

With the development of urban geology in recent years,it has exposed some problems in promoting urban construction. It mainly includes: insufficient understanding of urban and rural planning needs, poor practicability of geological results submitted; The concept of urban geological survey is backward, the practicability of geological results is poor; The framework of work system of urban geology is insufficient.This paper starts from the correlation between urban planning and urban geological environment, Systematic combing the present situation of urban geology in China, The connection between urban geology and planning, deeply discussed the connection between urban geology and planning. The expression of supporting elements of urban and rural planning through geological survey, expounds the correlation between urban planning and urban geology. It provides a new way of thinking for urban geology in China. The trans-boundary "product" of urban geology, in the context of today's "big geology" , It should be a "people-oriented service" as the core idea of the road. In line with the "earth" view of thought, In the process of urban development, the framework of urban geology is built according to the urban planning system, the work is divided into general planning geological stage, detailed planning geological stage and special planning geological stage.It forms the cooperative expression mode of above and below ground integrate into the urban construction in the way of "embedding". |
