      在青海共和盆地高温干热岩钻探GR1井施工过程中,钻遇含蚀变花岗岩的严重破碎地层,井壁坍塌掉块严重,导致井内多次发生卡钻事故。同时在温度最高达到236℃的高温地层中钻进,钻井液出现黏度升高、流动性变差、滤失量增大、造壁性变差、起泡严重等问题。通过将原钻井液转化为耐高温钻井液,该钻井液耐温可达到240℃以上,转化后的钻井液抗温能力增强,流变性能变好,护壁效果提高,泡沫显著减少,从而保证了深部高温井段钻探施工顺利进行。
英文摘要:
      During the construction of GR1 well for a HDR drilling project in Gong-he Basin, Qinghai, severely fractured strata of altered granite were encountered, which caused sloughing and dropping,resulting in several sticking accidents in the well. While drilling in the strata where the maximum temperature reached 236℃, some problems happened to the drilling fluid, such as viscosity rising, fluidity deteriorating, fluid loss increasing, mud cake quality worsening, and severely foaming. To solve these problems, the original drilling fluid was replaced by a new fluid, which could resist high temperature more than 240℃. This fluid also has a better flow property, permitting to protect the well and reduce foam significantly, thus ensuring the drilling project to continue at depth smoothly.
