      庞西垌地区位于钦-杭成矿带南段,地质构造复杂,成矿条件优越,是华南乃至我国重要的银金多金属矿集区之一。为了挖掘与提取深层次找矿信息,本文运用因子分析方法对庞西垌地区1:50 000水系沉积物地球化学数据进行处理分析,发现第三主因子(F3)中Au、Ag、Zn元素具有较高的载荷,据此推测研究区Au、Ag、Zn元素的局部富集可能主要受控于F3所代表的本区域银金多金属成矿地质作用过程,进而利用F3得分值圈定了可能指示银金多金属矿化的综合化探异常区(即F3得分值异常区)。在此基础上,进一步对综合化探异常区与已知矿床(点)的空间对应关系以及成矿地质条件进行深入分析,发现已知的三个典型银金矿床(庞西垌、金山、中苏)所处的位置,Ag、Au两种主要成矿元素地球化学(分带)异常和F3得分异常区在空间位置上叠加吻合较好。最后,通过类比推断在其他至今未发现银金矿床,但具有相似地球化学异常特征的区域可能具有寻找与已知矿床同类型的银金矿的潜力,并据此将这些区域圈定为找矿靶区。该研究表明:利用水系沉积物地球化学数据,运用因子分析方法对粤西庞西垌地区银金地球化学异常信息进行挖掘与提取取得了良好的应用效果,据此圈定的化探异常区及找矿靶区对该区域后续找矿工作的部署具有一定的指导意义。
英文摘要:
      Pangxidong district of western Guangdong is located at the southern section of the Qinzhou–Hangzhou metallogenic belt(QHMB), which hosts complex geological structures and good metallogenic conditions. It is one of the major Ag-Au polymetallic deposit concentration areas in South China, even in the whole country. In order to mining and extract the mineralization information at depth, factor analysis is utilized to process the 1:50000 geochemical data of stream sediments in this area. We find that Au, Ag and Zn in main Factor F3 owns highest load among the 5 main factors. Therefore, we infer that the same mineralization may induce the enrichment of Au, Ag and Zn. Next, we apply the scores on Factor 3 to delineate the comprehensive geochemical anomaly areas (i.e. anomaly areas of scores of factor F3), which may indicate Ag-Au polymetallic mineralization. Further, we analyze the spatial correlation between comprehensive geochemical anomaly areas and the known Ag-Au deposits (spots), and the ore-forming conditions of Ag-Au deposits. The results show good spatial superposition of Ag-Au ore-forming elements geochemical anomalies anomaly scores of Factor F3 in three typical silver-gold deposits (Jinshan, Pangxidong and Zhongsu) in the Pangxidong district. Moreover we find that some areas without known Ag-Au deposits have potential to find the same Ag-Au deposits as the known ones due to similar geochemical anomalies. Hence, we delineate these areas as prospecting targets. The study indicates that the application of factor analysis on stream sediment geochemical data to mining and extract Ag-Au geochemical anomaly information is effective in the Pangxidong district, western Guangdong Province. The geochemical anomaly areas and prospecting target delineated based on the analysis is meaningful for the further prospecting work in this region.
