      澜湄合作国家是“一带一路”重要组成部分,是促进东盟经济发展重要枢纽。中国与东盟国家在地学信息方面已开展了一系列长期有效的合作,其中湄公河五国与中国具有相似的地质背景,开展地学研究合作,有利于促进地质环境、地质资源方面的合作。澜湄合作国家地学信息技术水平参差不齐,中国作为亚洲区域地学信息技术领先的国家之一,将不断摸清各国地学信息共享领域国际合作现状与愿望;探讨多、双边地学信息共享机制,搭建协同操作的数据、信息、系统、空间公共基础设施,倡议以澜湄国家地质矿产信息为示范,建立相关国家地学信息共享技术交流平台,促进澜湄国家多学科的地学信息融合,解决跨区域重大的地学、环境和工程问题;技术交流与研讨会会促进各国地学信息共享技术合作与国际标准应用与更新。
英文摘要:
      Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) countries played an important role in “One Belt And One Road”, and it is an important hub for the economic development of ASEAN countries. China and ASEAN countries have conducted a series of long-term and effective cooperation in geoscience, among which the five Mekong countries share similar geological backgrounds with China, and the cooperation in geoscience research is conducive to promoting cooperation in geological environment and geological resources. As one of the leading countries in regional geoscience in Asia, China will keep abreast of the current status and aspirations of international cooperation in the field of geoscience information sharing, explore multilateral and bilateral geological information sharing mechanism. Build the public infrastructure of collaborative operation data, information, system, space, initiative to take the national information of geology and mineral resources of each LMC country as demonstration, establish relevant national geological information sharing technology platform, and promote the multidisciplinary geological information fusion. Solve the cross area of major study, environment and engineering problems; technical exchanges and seminars will promote the cooperation of geoscience information sharing technologies and the application and update of international standards.
