      钻探过程中钻柱向孔底传递荷载,承受着拉、压、弯、扭、振等复杂的应力,其中钻柱所承受的工作扭矩是决定其安全的重要参数之一,需要定量分析,但在实际工作中,钻柱扭矩的直接测量十分困难。本文通过建立适当的扭矩计算模型,结合河元背深部钻探工程CUSD2井测量的相关钻进参数进行扭矩计算,和实际间接测量的扭矩进行拟合对比分析,在验证模型可靠性的基础上,进一步分析了孔径变化对钻柱扭矩的影响以及钻进过程中扭矩消耗的分布规律,并提出了钻柱扭矩控制的建议。

      Drilling string is the major way to transmit the torque to drilling bits, and many factors restrict its working conditions, such as tension, compression, bending, torque and vibration. Among them, the torque of the drilling string is one of the most important parameters that influence the drilling string’s safety and needs quantitative analysis. It is, however, difficult to measure the torque directly during the drilling process. Combined with the measured data in the Heiyuanbei deep drilling hole CUSD2, this paper establishes an appropriate model for calculating the torque, and makes a comparative regression analysis between the indirectly measured data and calculated data to verify the reliability of the model. And the influence of the hole diameter on the torque and the distribution characteristic of torque consumption during drilling are analyzed based on this model. Then some suggestions are given for torque control of the drilling string.
