| 从我国地勘行业诚信现状和面临的新形势来看，地勘行业诚信体系被视为行业健康发展的命脉和基础。通过分析地勘行业诚信体系建设的现状和面临的问题，借鉴国外发达国家社会信用体系建设的模式，提出政府主导构建地勘行业诚信体系的模式。在此基础上，运用斜坡球体理论提出了地勘行业诚信体系建设的支撑力、下滑力和拉动力以及相互之间的驱动机制，并从抑制及减少下滑力、增强拉动力和构筑牢固的支撑力三方面提出了政府主导模式下各参与方建设地勘行业诚信体系的实现路径和具体措施。 |

| From the present and new situation of the credit of China's geological prospecting industry，the credit system of geological prospecting industry is regarded as the lifeblood and foundation of the healthy development of the industry. This paper analyzed the current situation and problems of the construction of credit system in geological prospecting industry, drawing on the model of social credit system construction in developed countries, this paper also puts forward the model of government's leading construction of credit system of geological prospecting industry. Based on this model, using the slope sphere theory, this paper puts forward the support force, the sliding force and the pull force, as well as the driving mechanism of the construction of the credibility system of the geological prospecting industry. And this paper also point out the path to construction of credit system which lead by government and participation in multiple parties by reduce sliding force, enhance pull force and contraction strong support force. |
