      广西南宁新朝阳商业广场位于原南宁市市政府大院内,为了满足当地政府环保要求以及适应地层的具体情况,在比较静压管桩和钻孔灌注桩等的特点后,决定选用钻孔压浆桩这一基础形式.考虑到该桩型是第一次在南宁地区应用,因此进行多根试桩,对试桩结果分析认为钻孔压浆桩工法是一种性价比较高的工法,与钻孔灌注桩和静压预制管桩相比,具有单桩承载力高且经济的优点,值得在南宁乃至广西地区推广应用.

      Guangxi Naning Xinchaoyang Commercial Plaza is located in former Government courtyard of Nanning City.To meet the needs of environmental protection of local government and the situation of adaptive stratum,the basic construction method of the drilling and fluid-compression pile was determined to be applied after compared the specialties of the precast pile & the pile in pre-bored hole.In consideration of the construction method of the drilling and fluid-compression pile was operated first time in Nanning area,several test-piles had been done,After the test-piling result had been analyzed,the drilling and fluid-compressing pile was considered as a kind of high quality construction method.Compared with the pile in pre-bored hole & the precast pile,the construction method of the drilling and fluid-compressing pile has greater bearing capacity and is more economical.The method is worthy of promoting in Nanning and Guangxi.
